Dear Rajesh,

Its my humble advice that you should stay away from the fraud people and books giving you some silly tricks for performing black magic. Use your mind for right and wrong, as there are many people around trying to make use of easy-success tendency of us. I dont know the reason, why you are willing to learn such stuffs, but before you start, it would be great if you go through the vedas first. Most of the times, people use the tag " Vedic " to emphasize their stuff.

Please stay away from people who claim to know such dark stuff. They may be real or frauds. You will really get into real problems. If you really want to learn more on black magic, first try to learn what Atharvana Veda says from a good teacher. Then, you will know what exactly to carry your research on. Do not learn such dark skills with an intention of personal gain. If such things really do work, they bring lot of destruction than any help. Be very cautious if you choose this path. A humble request.

Magic

Personally magic to me something we do not understand, and cannot find a logical reasoning. If something good happens, we say it is white magic and if something bad happens we call it dark or black magic. If we observe nature, there are both constructive and destructive forces.. we do not call them white and dark forces, they are just forces of nature. Like wise, i think there are ways to manipulate a few forces. How we perceive it, good or bad is up to us.

As Akshay mentioned above, the phenomenons which we do not understand are called para normal. The things which human brain says is not normal becomes para normal. I also have heard that Atharvana Veda deals with such topics. The vashi karana mantra is an example, that mantra is said with a particular discipline to get someone under our control without their consent. I do not know if that is from Atharvana Veda. Well, it is pretty interesting how somebody's thoughts can be manipulated by the other... may be it is a one sided telepathic connection... needs a lot of clarification...an interesting topic, waiting to learn more on this from someone who can really explain.

Black Magic Vs White Magic

What I think is that, magic is nothing. In physics and mathematics , there are no chance for exceptions. Everything is perfect, and if not, then its not a law. I have same standpoint for the magic also. No one can go against the rules of nature , and make an exception. hence there is nothing like magic or miracle, its just something, that is not yet sorted out by science. When it will be, there will be no magic, but a scientific phenomena.

The same is the case with the white magic. As far as I know about it, it involves concentration and Tratak like activities to get concentration. With this concentration, ancients were able to perform some miracle like tasks.Mantra Shakti is a part of White Magic.People belonging to black magic community, also claim they make use of it. But Black magic is not originated from India, but Mantra Shakti is absolute property of India sages. Hence practicing vedic rituals(not Karma Kand) to attain mind power is a white magic.

Atharvaveda has some evidences of white magic, but yes as suggested by akshay, the magic cant change the laws of nature, it just makes use of those. In this way , the Mantra Shakti is also a magic, as sages were able to do several incredible things with this. They did nothing else than utilizing the power of nature unknown to common man.,

There are something which are paranormal, also called para physics. Like telepathy etc. Personally, I dont feel there can be anything such as magic in this world. One cant go against the rules of physics (also natural laws ) like if a stone falls , then no one in thiss world can stop this phenomena. Just like other laws of nature. So black magic must be a psychological order, happened for several interests. And regarding the vedas, they mainly contain white magic , which is not magic, but understanding the unknown laws of nature and implementing them for the useful purpose. Black magic is perhaps not an invention of India.
