How to gain control over Lust-the mother of all evils

In the vedic schools of the past, the Gurus used to be very transparent when passing down the knowledge on to the student.

A Technique called SAMAANA DRISHTI (taking a equal/true view and not a real view) was passed on to empower the students to master the art of decieving Lust so that they could gain true knowledge without any hinderences.This is today very apt to follow to transform ourselves into strong personalities.

First Stage: This includes observing the female body as an object
Second Stage: This includes observing a female body beyond the skin and ability to view the muscles, veins and flesh
Third Stage: This includes observing a female body only as a skeleton
Fourth Stage: This includes observing a female body only as an Atma

This is the called the Equal/ True /SAMAANA state because the Atma is the equal status of all the living beings. Later, this technique is extended to viewing animals and plants. At the end of this excercise, the student comes to know that everything in the real world is nothing but the different forms of the Atma.

Now, even a Miss.Universe or an old lady looks alike for a student .This is the Truth behind the Reality.

Control over lust

This issue is some what controversial.Our sages were married and had successful family life. This proves that only staying away from women is not the control over the lust. Secondly, women is virtue from god, they are just like man, with only difference of gender, reproduction is must for the survival of the humanity. So we need to redefine the control over lust as " Commitment for the One " which is safe scientifically also.Though, the above suggested method is an excellent way to realize what the world is. This is just like, if we watch any wild life program continuously for weeks, then we began to feel how the first men would have struggled for survival, how he would have fought for the meal, and also water and how we used our intelligence to reach this point of time. So what I mean is, by thinking continue about something, we began to realize the same thing.
