“Unattached I am unconditional love,I ALONE AM” -GOD

The devine life is not for the habitual pain eaters .it is meant for the intelligent and heroic seeker who has come to realize that the life he lives within the tight tycoon of his desires, passions and lusts is a worn-state of limitations.

The technique of training the mind to forget its haunting dream-visions of the world and to remember its true self is called meditation.

There is only one way of attaining a devine life-by living a divine life.worldly life is a continuous experience of limitations, pains and sorrows, now and then uplifted by a false,

Intoxicating waft of fleeting  joy gained from  some sense object.spiritual life is a continuous attempt to live a divine life, with a full realization of its scope and values.the aspirant is now and then encouraged by fleeting glimpses of the real, dynamic bliss-god.

The aspirant’s goal is an eternal experience.the individualized ego realizes his ultimate fulfillment in his merging with the existence-knowledge-bliss(sat-chit-ananda) that truth is.it is the supreme be-ness,the goal, the end.in that state of perfection ,there is nothing that he doesnot have:there all the desires are fulfilled.he is no more under the tyranny of his mortal limitations .beyond time, space and causality beyond death and disease ,above hopes and desires ,he finds himself “the all”.this is not a becoming-he merely regains his true nature by an intuitive “re-cognition”of the self.

Devine lif is the technique of self-perfection.to strive for the truth is the highest of all the conscious efforts of a human being.no other sentinent being in the universe has the equipment  for thus hastening its own evolution as efficiently as we can.if we with our

Wealth of available apparatus do not learn to spend our life in striving for perfection, ours indeed ,is a life wasted.every action of an individual in the outer world is but an attempt to express himself more fully.every yearning and strife, every desire and effort, every thought and word is an unconscious effort to regain his state of fullness.but the trouble

Is that the phenomenal world of finite things and beings is not the field for seeking the infinite, and so the worldy person never the obtains satisfaction that he daily seeks.the eternal infinite alone is capable of satisfying him.lasting satisfaction can never be reached by sense gratification.

The infinite is our true nature.we have only to realize this-and we would find ourselves at our journey’s end.all worldy actions ,in an individual or in the aggregate, among men, animals,or plants, have the same motive –to escape pain and achieve bliss.every movement, physical or mental ,in every being –from the sucking child to the international warring heads of state ,from the dog in the drawing room to the roaring lion in African forests ,from the tiniest fungus to the giant oaks-is directed toward getting rid of pain and gaining happiness.so universal is this instinctive dread of pain that even great thinkers have missed the mark and failed to read its obvious message.in this revolt against pain lies the clear declaration that bliss alone is the real ,eternal nature of the universe.

The true nature of ocean is water, the waves, the foam, the sparkling ripples, and the flickering bubbles are all merely its various names and forms, having no separate individuality in themselves.so too,the multiplicity of things and beings observed in the universe is merely so many different names and forms of one and the same thing.in essence, the multifarious names and forms are all the same Essential one, whose nature is bliss.GOD is bliss.god resides in everything and everyone.to consider yourself as a separate individual,a mr.smith or mrs.khanna,is as  foolish as for each billowing wave to consider itself separate from the ocean.because of this belief of seperateness, the jiva is born.it is the jiva who suffers.the mr.smith or mrs.jones is the mortal ,bound by his or her wishes and desires ,tortured by pains and sorrows.choke the ‘I-ness’in you,and you will have already taken a substantial step toward freeing yourself from the bondage and realizing the fullness of your true stature:”bliss am I”,”immortal am I”,”god am I”.

This “re-cognition” of the self is the crowning victory of life.this is Isvara darsana, the “vision of god”.thereafter, the outer worldly circumstances of sorrow or joy, insult or respect, failure or success, heat or cold, fasting or feasting, hate or love, poverty or riches, disaster or progress cannot touch the liberated one.he is above all circumstances .he is no more  a victim of the external, but is rooted in the wisdom of  his inner essence.he becomes a calm witness of the universe,as though it were a mere temporary disturbance with him.such an individual in his perfection becomes the superhuman saint.all powers, all knowledge, and all capabilities are his.his is the perfect bliss ,which nothing can ever shake or even cloud.he lives out the fixed span of his life, blessing the world with his mere presence.such a jivanmukta alone can truly serve, guide, and lead the world.
